Our Boston South End school also has two private, enclosed playgrounds in the rear of the school, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the street. Meghan McLaughlin
Executive Director
Meghan came to Little Sprouts with many years of experience working in child care as a director, education coach, and teacher. She holds a Masters in Elementary Education from Northeastern University and a BA in Theater Education from Emerson College. Meghan is passionate about education, both for children and adults, because she knows that people are never too old to learn something new. In her spare time, Meghan enjoys spending time in Boston with her husband, BJ, and her two children, Molly Boston and Charlie Vegas.
Emily Horrigan
Education Coach
Emily came to Little Sprouts with a degree in Early Childhood Education and five years’ experience working in the field. In addition to teaching, Emily has coached figure skating for over ten years. In 2016, Emily became the preschool teacher at Little Sprouts South End where she strived to build lasting and positive relationships with families and staff. In January 2017, Emily took on a new role at Little Sprouts South End as the Education Coach. She is looking forward to helping teachers reach their fullest potential through coaching, getting to know more of the wonderful families that Little Sprouts South End serves, and building a strong community in the school. Emily lives in Quincy with her fiancé, Mark, and her cat, Otis. Emily grew up surrounded by a huge family and is passionate about helping families learn and grow together.
