Outdoor Playgrounds

Our outdoor spaces are designed for safety and sized for growth. Each playground is tailored to a specific age group - ensuring safe play that supports physical development and social interaction at every stage.

Discovery Space

Our active spaces are designed to strengthen coordination, balance, and muscle development through climbing, jumping, crawling, and dancing. They also encourage curiosity with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities for hands-on learning.

Music & Movement

Included weekly in all classrooms, this program blends music therapy with educational play to support developmental growth through song, instruments, sign language, and movement.

Nature Stations

Nature stations bring the outdoors in, offering hands-on exploration of natural materials and seasonal changes. These spaces spark wonder, observation, and a deep connection to the environment.

Seed & Sew

As S.E.E.D (Schools Excelling in Emotional Development) certified schools, we are dedicated to nurturing emotional intelligence, connection, and resilience in early childhood. Our family has been a part of little sprouts for the last 7 years. Both my daughter and son have attended and have highly excelled over the years. The teachers have been so very loving, caring, supportive, and friendly over the years. We drive about 20 min here everyday because of it. Id rather know my babies are well taken care of than not and they have been wonderful ! We have 1 year left and it will be sad to see our second child leave for sure.

Executive Director

Kate Cannella

With Little Sprouts Since 2003

Earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Boston University, she began as a preschool/kindergarten teacher, and also taught infants and toddlers. In 2005, Kate became the Preschool Assistant Director, and in 2007, she started her role as Executive Director. Kate takes great pride in knowing all of the families at her school, and enjoys spending time with the students every day. Outside of Little Sprouts, Kate is married and has two children. She loves spending time with her family and seeing her children grow at Little Sprouts.

Jackie Deveau

With Little Sprouts since 2023

With six years of experience teaching preschool and toddlers, Jackie transitioned to her current role, bringing a wealth of knowledge and passion. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SNHU. Jackie thrives on building connections with families and celebrating children's milestones. A dedicated mother to a 7-year-old daughter and a 1-year-old son, Jackie enjoys family time, traveling, and exploring local thrift stores.

Juanita is a dedicated educator, bringing over 19 years of early childhood education experience across infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms. Director I certified, Juanita is passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive through fun and creative learning activities. She values building strong connections with students and their families, and takes pride in supporting the growth and development of every child in her care.
