Disclaimer: *To qualify, the referring family must be currently enrolled at time of referral and must still be enrolled, or in the case of alumni families, the referral must still meet program eligibility, to receive their reward after the referred family has attended and paid for 4 weeks of care. The family that is referred to cannot have previously enrolled in any of our programs. Tuition credits will only be applied to outstanding tuition; no cash payout or refunds will be given. Gift cards will be issued directly to the referring family via email and are not exchangeable for cash. Please note that rewards are not issued at the point of the referred family registration (secured start date and deposit) but rather after four weeks of paid enrollment. Referrals must be identified in the referred family's enrollment paperwork at the time of enrollment. When completing enrollment paperwork, new families will be asked whether they were referred by another family, and if so, must name the referring family at that time. Referrals cannot be added or claimed after enrollment paperwork has been submitted. For private-pay families, "one week's tuition credit" means the referrer will not be charged for one week's tuition for one enrolled child at their current location. If the referring family has more than one child enrolled, the credit will be applied to the lowest tuition. The company may terminate this agreement at any time and without providing written notice of such termination. The company also reserves the right to change, or end, or otherwise modify this program at any time, in its sole discretion. This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Federal and state courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim regarding the rewards program. Any and all tax consequences of any participation in the program shall be borne solely by each participating family. Babilou Family US LLC may extend the benefits of the program to any participating family in its sole discretion, and in all cases shall have the sole right to determine any family’s eligibility to participate and/or the validity of any referral made under the program. Under no circumstances shall be program be deemed to be a lottery, sweepstakes or game of chance under Massachusetts, or the laws of any other state.
