Ages 2.9 years to 5 years
The preschool and pre-K years are a time of tremendous growth as children expand their processing, social, and foundational learning skills. During this developmental stage, children are eager to learn, explore, and express themselves. Our preschool and pre-K classrooms are designed to support this critical period by fostering independence, creativity and a love of learning. We provide a rich, engaging environment that encourages hands-on learning, social interaction, and skill-building through play across key areas of your child’s development.
Nurturing curious minds and caring hearts
Preschoolers and pre-K children are naturally curious and eager to connect with others. Our program nurtures this curiosity and fosters strong relationships by providing experiences that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and meaningful play. As children explore early literacy, math, and foundational academic skills, they also learn empathy, cooperation, and conflict resolution through guided social interactions and group play. Our caring teachers model positive behavior, support emotional growth, and help children build the self-confidence they need to thrive—both in learning and in life.
Growing strong bodies, bright minds, and creative spirits
As children grow, they develop the physical, cognitive, and creative skills that form the foundation for lifelong learning. In our schools, active play on state-of-the-art playgrounds helps build strength, balance, and coordination, while fine motor skills are strengthened through hands-on activities like drawing, cutting, and writing. Language and literacy development is woven into every part of the day through storytelling, singing, and engaging reading instruction that builds vocabulary and fosters a love of books. At the same time, our thoughtfully designed environments invite children to explore the world through art, music, and imaginative play—sparking creativity, building confidence, and encouraging new ways of thinking and understanding.

My son has been with Sheila Vanessa and the rest of the Arlington Little Sprouts teachers since July 2021. I am so thankful for all of their love and support! They have a genuine love for each one of their children and their families! They have been awesome about communication and are very intuitive to the children in their care! They send me awesome pictures of my son doing fun activities and they really brighten my day! I am thankful for the whole Arlington Little Sprouts Team!
We love Miss Nicole - she has been the teacher for both our kids and they adore her! Our oldest asks for her all the time!
Ms Cook and Ms Rose are wonderful teachers. Our son absolutely loves going to school and we know he learns so much for them and his peers. He tells us all about the fun daily activities and we couldn’t ask for a better learning environment for our kids.

We are so fortunate and grateful to have our daughter in school here! The teachers and staff are incredibly caring, attentive and dedicated. Want to give a specific shoutout to Ms. Noelya and Ms. Adeline- we have seen our 1.5 year old develop remarkably in their classroom. We love Little Sprouts Peabody. The teachers and directors really care and our son is so happy going to school each day. We’ve been with Little Sprouts since our kiddo was an infant and it’s not an exaggeration to say it feels like family.
Our child has been enrolled at Little Sprouts Watertown for almost three years. Since our first day, the Management team and all of the Teachers have been excellent. Anytime there has been an issue, a question, or a need, they have always taken the time to listen, understand, and demonstrate their commitment to our child's growth and success.
