For today’s celebration we are going to head way down south to sunny Florida. Check out this story from Katie, Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Home Office. She has an infant son in our Lawrence school.
“I’m reaching out because I want to share some awesome feedback I received from an unlikely place this week: Department of Children and Families in Pinellas County, Florida.
My mother works for DCF in their licensing department and is a recipient of my son’s daily Kaymbu updates. My mom shares them with her coworkers (as proud grandmothers tend to do!) and they have been ‘blown away’ by the communication and updates Little Sprouts shares with family members on a daily basis. Some of her coworkers have even noted that, in the many years they have worked in the licensing department, they have never seen a licensed early education facility be so open and transparent with parents. Seeing his activities and updates each day is something they wish their facilities would do for Florida families more often.
Not only is this a reflection of Little Sprouts’ commitment to families as a whole, but it is a great reflection of the particular relationship our Lawrence teachers have created with my family. They’re truly outstanding!”
